The results were as follows: CD14+ CD16+ monocyte (%monocyte) (OR: 0.965, 95% CI: 0.951–0.979, P = 1.43×10-6], and CD16 on CD14- CD16+ monocyte (OR: 0.988, 95%CI: 0.981–0.996, P = 0.002) were identified to have negative causal effects on AF.
