ERBB2 and breast cancer: CD16-based AdCAR-T cells engineered to express a high-affinity CD16 variant (CD16V-BB-ζ T lymphocytes) were shown to be highly cytolytic against the Daudi lymphoma cell line or primary chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells in the presence of rituximab; against osteosarcoma or neuroblastoma cells in the presence of an anti-GD2 mAb; or against HER2-expressing stomach and breast cancer cells in combination with trastuzumab.
