Table 2 demonstrates the ROC analysis results for IL-10, IL-17A, and TNF-α upon TB antigen stimulation before treatment, showing good AUC values of 0.85, 0.86, and 0.76, respectively. Sensitivity ranged from 63% to 93%, and specificity varied from 58% to 100%. After treatment at month 2, cytokines such as IL-2, IL-10, and IL-17A exhibited high AUC values (0.78, 0.99, and 1) with corresponding sensitivity (81%, 96%, and 100%) and specificity (71%, 100%, and 100%) in distinguishing cases and controls (as shown in Table 3).
