Laboratory analyses revealed hypophosphatemia with serum phosphate levels ranging from 0.32 to 0.63 mmol/L (normal range, 0.85- 1.51 mmol/L), elevated ALP levels ranging from 442 to 506 U/L (normal range, 30- 120 U/L), elevated high-sensitivity C-reactive protein at 132.3 mg/L (normal range, < 5 mg/L), and FGF-23 at 3185.0 pg/ml (normal range, 23.3- 95.4 pg/ml). The gene discussed is CRP; the disease is hypophosphatemia.
