For example, researcher can search for BRCA1, one of the most common breast cancer genes, on the home page and get the gene summary (Fig. 2B) including the coverage plot of the query transcripts or the genomic regions (Fig. 2C) and corresponding variants data comprising of chromosome positions, annotation, allele frequency (Fig. 2D), etc. We also provided relevant information on all variations including population frequency among different ethnic groups to discover ethnic-specific variations quickly (Fig. 2E).
