When distinguishing between the normal cognition control group and the AD group, the six biomarkers, in the order of the highest to lowest AUC values, were UBR5 (AUC = 0.9776), PLA2G7 (AUC = 0.9744), STAT5B (AUC = 0.9744), APOE (AUC = 0.9664), MMP9 (AUC = 0.9568), and S100A8 (AUC = 0.8512) (Figure 5(h)).
