Exercise can increase the concentration of brain-derived neurotrophic factor, promote nerve regeneration, improve nervous system, so as to improve the brain structure involved in cognition (Pereira et al., 2007; Gomez-Pinilla et al., 2011; Liu et al., 2011), reduce the degree of dementia in patients with AD and further improve their ability of daily living.
