FOLH1 and prostate carcinoma: Several studies suggest that 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT may accurately discriminate clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa) from benign prostate diseases, 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT should be the favored choice for primary staging of PCa in patients with GS > 7 or PSA levels ≥ 10 ng/ml [10, 11], but its detection of prostate cancer lesions with Gleason score = 6 is limited.
