RABL6 is markedly upregulated in breast cancer [31, 32], gastric cancer [33], osteosarcoma [34], oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma [35] and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours [36, 37] and is significantly associated with tumour invasion, metastasis and prognosis. This evidence concerns the gene RABL6 and osteosarcoma.
