We replicated the association for all 14 proteins that were robustly associated with overall prostate cancer (5NTC, CREBL1, CREB3L4, EHBP1, INFA14, ISLR2, MMP7, MSMB, PRSS3, PLG, POGLUT3, SERPINA1, TNSFRF10B, TPM3) using an independent meta-analysis of European ancestry participants in the UK Biobank and FinnGen cohorts (Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene SERPINA1 and prostate cancer.
