We replicated the association for all 14 proteins that were robustly associated with overall prostate cancer (5NTC, CREBL1, CREB3L4, EHBP1, INFA14, ISLR2, MMP7, MSMB, PRSS3, PLG, POGLUT3, SERPINA1, TNSFRF10B, TPM3) using an independent meta-analysis of European ancestry participants in the UK Biobank and FinnGen cohorts (Table 1). The gene discussed is SERPINA1; the disease is prostate carcinoma.
