Of these, ten (TPM3, PRSS3, PLG, MMP7, SERPINA1, SERPINA3, TNFRSF10B, C4A, HDGF, and LAYN) were associated with risk of at least one prostate cancer outcome after correction for multiple testing (525 proteins), and also showed evidence of colocalisation (Supplementary Table S4). Here, SERPINA3 is linked to prostate cancer.
