In this study, a BPD model was constructed using hyperoxia-stimulated A549 cells, and qPCR was performed to determine whether GALNT14 expression gradually decreased with the prolongation of hyperoxia stimulation, conforming to the trend of microarray analysis, indicating that GALNT14 may be engaged in BPD development through the induction of ferroptosis.WIPI1 is a protein involved in the process of cellular autophagy and is a member of the cofactor protein family.
