Disease gene association analysis revealed that all 24 key dysregulated genes except GNAI3, PRKACG, RPS27A, and UBB were associated with at least one type of cancer (Figure S14), whereas eight genes (MYC, TP53, CTNNB1, JUN, RELA, EP300, SRC, and NFKB1) were associated with the CRC as shown in Figure S15. This evidence concerns the gene MYC and colorectal carcinoma.
