In NSCLC, APC mutations are mostly loss-of-function truncating mutations which are evenly distributed across APC gene (Fig. 2a; Supplementary Table 1); CTNNB1 mutations are mostly gain-of-function point mutations that mainly concentrate on the GSK3β/CK1α phosphorylation sites (Fig. 2b; Supplementary Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene APC and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
