Additionally, KCNQ1OT1, XIST, NEAT1, and TUG1 were found to be associated with multiple ceRNA regulatory networks, potentially exerting crucial roles in the pathophysiology of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) by affecting numerous target genes and participating in different biological processes or signaling pathways. Here, TUG1 is linked to idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
