The univariate analysis demonstrated that biliary atresia (HR 4.413, 95% CI: 1.566–12.435, P=0.005), anti-HBc (+) (HR 3.672, 95% CI: 1.162–11.602, P=0.027), Clavien–Dindo complication grade (HR 4.085, 95% CI: 1.764–9.458, P=0.001), and other specific surgical complications such as hepatic artery, biliary or portal vein events were unfavorable factors (Table 4). This evidence concerns the gene KRT88P and biliary atresia.
