In the conducted study, a range of experimental indicators in pSS patients, including White Blood Cell count (WBC), Neutrophil count (NEUT), Lymphocyte count (LYM), Platelet count (PLT), C-Reactive Protein (CRP), Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR), Interleukin 6 (IL6), Immunoglobulin G (IgG), Complement C3 and C4, Rheumatoid Factor (RF), anti-SSA (52) and (60) antibodies, anti-SSB antibody, and Antinuclear Antibody titers, were divided into different level groups based on specific thresholds.
