CDCA2 and cervical squamous cell carcinoma: Finally, we examined the diagnostic effects with ROC curves, and performed experimental validation in hela and psoriatic cell models.<h4>Conclusions</h4>We identified five biomarkers, <i>NCAPH, UHRF1, CDCA2, CENPN</i>, and <i>MELK</i>, which may play important roles in the common pathogenesis of psoriasis and cervical squamous cell carcinoma, furthermore predict potential therapeutic agents.
