Histochemical staining was used to detect VM tube formation in vivo.<h4>Results</h4>Focusing on NFATC3, FOSL1 and HNRNPA2B1, we found each was significantly upregulated in GBM and positively correlated with VM-like cellular behaviors in U251 and U373 cell lines. Here, FOSL1 is linked to glioblastoma.
