As shown in Figure 1A, most disulfidoptosis genes were downregulated in multiple cancer types, including PDLIM1, TLN1, and MYH10 in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), MYL6 and DSTN in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), and FLNA and ACTB in bladder cancer (BLCA). The gene discussed is ACTB; the disease is urinary bladder cancer.
