F2 and acute promyelocytic leukemia: In the current study, for all patients with a suspected diagnosis of APL at the initial workup, a coagulation profile was done to assess the low platelet count, prolonged prothrombin time (PT), affecting the partial thromboplastin time (PTT), low prothrombin concentration (PC), and high international normalized ratio (INR) to diagnose the bleeding disorder, which commonly present with APL, and may be affected by the presence of the disease, leading to an increased incidence of bleeding.
