The expression of SNAI2, regulated by the Wnt/β-Catenin signaling pathway (Duan et al. 2022), forms a direct link between the intracellular signaling mechanisms and the transcriptional control of genes essential for cell motility and invasion (Ottone et al. 2023).These findings not only highlight the critical role of AGPAT4 in the pathophysiology of endometriosis but also suggest its potential as a therapeutic target, particularly in light of molecular docking studies indicating a possible interaction between AGPAT4 and Wnt3a. Here, SNAI2 is linked to endometriosis.
