Seeking to investigate the action of coumarin derivatives on adenosine receptors (AR), aiming to evaluate the biological potential against diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Epilepsy, and Schizophrenia, Vazquez-Rodriguez et al. (2020) [91], synthesized substituted hybrids (1-8) and evaluated the interaction with adenylyl cyclase (hA2B) and radioligands (hA1, hA2A and hA3), to investigate the interaction with human AR (hAR). This evidence concerns the gene AR and Parkinson disease.
