The results of the KRYSTAL-7 trial, with three patient cohorts stratified according to PD-L1 tumor proportion score (TPS), found that concurrent adagrasib and pembrolizumab in patients with treatment-naïve, advanced, unresectable, or metastatic NSCLC harboring KRAS G12C mutation demonstrated encouraging preliminary efficacy with clinically meaningful antitumor activity, especially in patients with high PD-L1 expression (TPS ≥ 50%), and a manageable safety profile (Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
