PIK3R1 and cancer: Among them, SLC25A4 was significantly differentially expressed in 11 cancers (highly expressed in KICH, and lowly expressed in HNSC, ESCA, BLCA, STAD, LUSC, KIRP, COAD, PRAD, LUAD, and KIRC), followed by PIK3R1, CAPN2, TXN, TERF2IP and CCND1 in 9, 8, 7, 7, and 6 types of cancer, respectively (Figure 5A).
