We present a case of a 60-year-old male with a prostate-specific membrane antigen PET (PSMA-PET) avid left supraspinatus mass, which was incidentally detected on staging PSMA-PET performed for a localized intermediate risk prostate cancer (T1cN0M0 Gleason 3 + 4 = 7 initial PSA 5.9 μg/L), with a maximum SUV 4.3 and measured 20 × 12 × 23 mm on the co-registered CT. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and Familial prostate cancer.
