The results indicated that high expression of TOR1B is a risk factor affecting patient OS (HR > 1) in six types of tumors: Breast Invasive Carcinoma (BRCA), Glioblastoma Multiforme and Lower Grade Glioma (GBMLGG), Lower Grade Glioma (LGG), Acute Myeloid Leukemia (LAML), and Adrenocortical Carcinoma (ACC) (Fig. 2A, Supplementary Material 3). The gene discussed is TOR1B; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
