For liver steatosis, the CERS4 rs17160348 TT genotype, PLA2R1 rs3749117 CC genotype, and PLA2R1 rs3749117 CC genotype had significantly higher steatosis proportions than the other 2 genotypes, respectively, while PON1 rs854560 TT genotype had the lower steatosis proportion than the wild genotype (Figure 5).
