It incorporates the latest version of BOADICEA which includes established lifestyle/hormonal and clinical BC risk factors, mammographic density (MD), polygenic risk score (PRS) and pathogenic variants (PVs) in eight established BC susceptibility genes (BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2, CHEK2, ATM, RAD51C, RAD51D and BARD1) [5, 13]. Here, CHEK2 is linked to breast cancer.
