To assess whether this effect was mediated by RT, MC38 tumour-bearing mice were irradiated with 15 Gy and sacrificed ten days after, showing increased expression of TIGIT in CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, and NK cells in tumours and tumour-draining lymph nodes compared to expression levels in the same cell populations of nonirradiated control tumours. This evidence concerns the gene TIGIT and neoplasm.
