Patients with HCC with high TPX2 expression showed shorter RFS (HR = 2.03, P = 1.8e-05), DSS (HR = 2.88, P = 1.2e-06), OS (HR = 2.29, P = 1.4e-06), and PFS (HR = 2.12, P = 3.1e-07) than those with low TPX2 expression (Fig. 3), suggesting the potential of TPX2 as an indicator of prognosis in HCC. This evidence concerns the gene TPX2 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
