USP47 and neoplasm: Notably, the targeted deletion of host Usp47 resulted in an increased percentage of tumor-infiltrating neutrophil granulocytes (CD45+CD11b+Gr-1+), macrophages (CD45+CD11b+F4/80+), natural killer (NK) cells (CD45+NK1.1+), natural killer T (NKT) cells (CD45+NK1.1+CD3+), and T cells (CD45+CD3+) (Fig. 4A-C).
