We demonstrated that POF caused by chemotherapeutic agents induced significantly elevated expression of miR‐3061 (miR‐3061–5p/3p) in mOGCs by comparing both ex vivo and in vivo models of CTX‐induced POF and that the upregulated expression of miR‐3061 downregulated the expression of Wnt/Ca2+ signalling pathway components by inducing PAX7 RNAi. The gene discussed is PAX7; the disease is premature menopause.
