CD63 and glioblastoma: With samples from both glioblastoma patients and healthy individuals, we also analyze the scatter of the data and arrive at a p-value of 0.000033 for aEGFR-CD63 EVs and 0.01 for tEGFR-CD63 EVs, each with an AUC of 0.99 and 0.755 respectively, both significantly better than any single-marker EV diagnostic assay with untreated plasma.
