HSPA5 significantly correlated with asthma, circadian rhythm, complement and coagulation, glycosaminoglycan biosynthesis-keratan sulfate, human immunodeficiency virus 1 infection, phosphatidylinositol signaling system, polycomb repressive complex, spliceosome, staphylococcus aureus infection, and systemic lupus erythematosus (Fig. 10C). This evidence concerns the gene HSPA5 and systemic lupus erythematosus.
