Our research revealed that elevated levels of CXCL1, CXCL2, and CXCL8 in psoriasis patients are significantly associated with the infiltration of immune cells such as T cells, neutrophils, and DCs, hence providing considerable diagnostic value with an AUC of 0.989, 0.963, and 0.982, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL2 and psoriasis.
