NCAM1 and psoriasis: Our analysis, which included 28 types of immune infiltrating cells, revealed that activated B cells, activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, activated DCs, CD56+ bright and dim natural killer cells, central memory CD8+ T cells, effector memory CD8+ T cells, eosinophils, γ δ-T cells, macrophages, mast cells, myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs), memory B cells, monocytes, natural killer and T cells, neutrophils, plasmacytoid DCs, regulatory T cells, T follicular helper cells, type 1, 2, and 17 T helper cells varied significantly between psoriasis and healthy control groups (Figure 7A).
