A study exhibited 82 risk genes (BTNL2, HLA-DRA, ATF6B, TAP2, MICAM TRIM31) associated with the four autoimmune diseases, along with identification of genetic loci related to RA.5 A Chinese-based study revealed association of RNA modified SNPs with the RA (PADI2, TRAF1, HLA-A, HLA-DRB1, HLA-DPB1andHLA-B). This evidence concerns the gene TRIM31 and rheumatoid arthritis.
