Most agents proven to have a survival benefit in HF have the potential to lower BP (such as ACEis, ARBs, β-blockers, angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitors [ARNIs], MRAs, and sodium glucose cotransporter 2 [SGLT2] inhibitors) to a greater or lesser extent; however, not all BP-lowering treatments have the same beneficial effects, as summarized in Table 2 [12, 13, 16, 42, 62–78].
