Interestingly, WEE1 expression was significantly higher (FDR < 0.01, Wilcoxon test) in the KMT2A-r ALL subtype (Fig. 1a, see also Additional file 1: Fig. S1a comparing KMT2A::AFF1, KMT2A::MLLT1 and KMT2A::MLLT3). This evidence concerns the gene MLLT1 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
