The results of transcriptome-wide hi-throughput m6A sequencing in RA-FLS showed that the m6A methylation-related genes, including Wilms tumor 1 associated protein, receptor interacting serine/threonine kinase 2, Janus kinase 3, and TNF receptor superfamily member 10a, were associated with the occurrence and development of RA [27]. This evidence concerns the gene TNFRSF10A and rheumatoid arthritis.
