The expression of KPNA1, KPNA2, KPNA4, KPNA7, KPNB1, IPO9, TNPO2, XPOT, XPO5 and XPO6 was significantly higher in tumour tissue than in normal tissues, whereas the expression of KPNA3, KPNA5, IPO5, IPO11 and XPO4 was significantly lower in tumor tissues than in the normal tissues (Fig 3B).
