Analysis of the population of leukocytes (CD45+), T cells (CD3+), helper T cells (CD4+), and myeloid cells (CD3− CD19− CD11b+; Fig. 5A) showed no differences between the treatments in the intra-tumoral populations of these immune cells (Fig. 5B and C) nor any major differences within the spleens (Supplementary Figs. S9–S11) in the huNOG-EXL model, with similar levels of human leukocyte percentages in the overall tumor. This evidence concerns the gene CD19 and neoplasm.
