Considering the analyzed transcription profiles, it can be concluded that splenocytes primed with HF-treated BMDCs strongly inhibited the Th2 response and promoted a polyfunctional response with pro-inflammatory profiles such as Th1/Th17, as well as regulatory profiles from a strong induction of genes such as tgf-β and il-10 (Figure 6). This evidence concerns the gene IL10 and hydrops fetalis.
