A clinical‐genetic score, developed from a multicenter cohort, translates clinical‐genetic variables (age, sex, years of education, the Mini‐Mental State Examination score, MDS‐UPDRS part III, depression, and glucocerebrosidase (GBA) status) into a 10‐year dementia risk, with an on‐line calculator included.6 The gene discussed is GBA1; the disease is depressive symptom measurement.
