When examining the phenotype of CD27+Ly6C− and CD27+Ly6C+ γδ T cells in KP and KB1P tumor-bearing mice, we found that CD27+Ly6C+ γδ T cells expressed higher levels of CD160, NKG2A, IFNγ, and CD44 in spleen, LN, and lung (Fig. 5B), analogous to observations made in tumor-naive mice (Fig. 2C). The gene discussed is CD160; the disease is neoplasm.
