CD38 and endometritis: The microbiota in endometritis holds significant potential as a biomarker, which was explored in this study via the ROC curve, where the AUC value was found to be 0.664, partly indicating the utilization of endometrial microorganisms for the diagnosing endometritis; Moreover, we compared the diagnostic performance of microbiota and existing diagnostic methods hysteroscopy, HE staining, and CD38 immunohistochemistry staining, and found that the diagnosis performance of microbiota was lower than HE staining, but higher than hysteroscopy and CD38 immunohistochemistry.
