IGHE and food allergy: To our knowledge, as of now there are only few pre-clinical studies in sensitized mice for food allergy where the probiotics as Lactobacillus plantarum JC7 [29], Lactobacillus rhamnosus 2016SWU.05.0601 [30], and Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Lactobacillus Delbrueckii subsp, Bulgaricus, Lactobacillus Plantarum can alleviate the allergic symptoms and leading to decrease dysbiosis in gut microbiota, by reducing the production of Th2 cytokines and IgE while increasing TH1 cytokines and T regulatory (Treg) lymphocytes.
