As presented in Tables 7–9, In terms of serological comparison, compared to the simple psoriasis group, the MASLD group exhibited higher PASI (p < 0.05) and BSA (p < 0.01); elevated white blood cell count (p < 0.05), neutrophil count (p < 0.01); increased high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels (p < 0.05); blood glucose (p < 0.01), triglyceride (p < 0.01), total cholesterol (p < 0.01), and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels (p < 0.01) were also elevate, while AST: ALT ratio was lower (p < 0.01).
