The results indicated that TNF-α (r = 0.400, P < 0.01), MIP-2 (r = 0.343, P < 0.01), MIP-1α (r = 0.551, P < 0.01) and MIP-1β (r = 0.403, p < 0.01) were positively association with the occurrence of lung cancer, but IFN-γ (r = −0.483, p < 0.01) was negatively association with the occurrence of lung cancer (Table 4). The gene discussed is IFNG; the disease is lung carcinoma.
