Of note, Fasn and Fads2 were two genes that exhibited the largest differences among the control, YYHXD, and CCl4 model groups (CCl4 model group vs. control group: Fold change >2, p-value <0.05; YYHXD group vs. CCl4 model group: Fold change >2, p-value <0.05), suggesting that Fasn and Fads2 may be key players in hepatic fibrosis and in therapy with YYHXD. This evidence concerns the gene FADS2 and Hepatic fibrosis.
