CCNB1 and hepatocellular carcinoma: Figure 5b shows the ten potential binding sites of miR-622 and CCNB1. The content of CCNB1 was boosted in the HCC tissues compared to the normal tissues (Figures 5c and 5d; p < 0.001). Additionally, the CCNB1 level was higher in the HCCLM3, Huh-7, and MHCC97L cells than in the THLE-2 cells (Figure 5e; p < 0.001). Dual-luciferase reporter assay revealed that CCNB1 targeted miR-622 (Figures 5f and 5g; p < 0.001). Moreover, the CCNB1 content was boosted by downregulation of miR-622 (Figure 5h; p < 0.001).
